Kris Baines (EPM director) has served as founding pastor of Redemption Church in Christchurch since it was planted in 2002. In February 2019 Kris and his family followed God's call to the North Island, where he currently serves as Interim Pastor at Community Bible Church, Rodney (North Auckland).
